Return and Refund Policy
At Multiversicon's Little Shop, we really want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. We will thoroughly review each case and cover the return shipping costs for claims that are determined to be our error.
To initiate a return for a defective item:
- Email us at multiversicon@gmail.com with the subject line "Defective Item Claim"
- In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the defect
- A brief description of the issue
- Your contact information
- We will review your claim within 3 business days
- If approved, we will coordinate with our production partner to process your return
- Do not ship the item back until you receive specific instructions from our team
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, please submit your claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment's status with our shipping partners.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
- If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs
- Unclaimed packages that are returned to our facility will require additional shipping charges for redelivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays and additional costs
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons:
- Face masks
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed
- Any items that have been worn or used
Size Exchanges and Non-Defective Returns
- Size exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional shipping costs
- We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse
- All size exchanges require approval from our customer service team
Special Notice for EU Customers
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, please note that personalized items and sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
Brazilian Customers
If you reside in Brazil and wish to return an item:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the unused item
- Wait for our evaluation before proceeding with any return
